Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the SOW. Fees for work performed up to the termination date are non-refundable. For digital products or subscriptions, refund terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

Our total liability under any SOW shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
